Our story and the Propertize philosophy
Propertize was born from experience gained in hospitality in some of the most exclusive destinations in the world, with one aim: to bring a new standard to holiday home management across Sardinia and Lombardy.
We combine expertise, technology and a deeply human approach to deliver carefully curated stays and dependable service for guests and property owners alike. We are an international team that speaks more than eight languages and believes in direct communication, in listening and in transparency.
Every property is looked after with care, from the way the spaces are presented to the day-to-day running, drawing out its story and turning it into a place where every traveller can feel genuinely at home.
Our management is technology-driven: we use advanced tools to optimise performance and visibility, giving property owners control and peace of mind.
At the same time, we offer a personalised welcome that meets the needs of the modern traveller, of families, of groups and of more senior guests who are looking for comfort, security and simplicity. We work with property owners who share our vision: turning every stay into an authentic, carefully curated and worry-free experience.
Where we operate
We were born in Sardinia, where we manage holiday homes and villas in some of the island's most sought-after destinations: Olbia and Golfo Aranci, Villasimius and the south-east, Cagliari and the Quartu coastline, Torre dei Corsari on the Costa Verde, Dorgali and Cala Gonone on the Gulf of Orosei. In Milan we look after centrally located apartments designed for those travelling for work or for a quality city break. We are also extending our operations to Sicily, starting with Pachino and the south-east of the island.

For those who entrust us with a home, we provide an end-to-end full-service offering: a free valuation of the property, optimisation of the styling and professional photography, management of all the paperwork (permits, registrations, tourist tax), publication on 50+ portals (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HomeToGo), dynamic pricing, multilingual guest assistance 24/7, professional cleaning and maintenance. Our model is simple: we only earn when your property performs. The numbers speak for themselves: the property owners who have chosen us have recorded annual revenue increases ranging from +58% to +119.5% compared with their previous management. These are two different measures: the +200% indicates the growth in Propertize's turnover as a company between 2024 and 2025, while the +58% to +119.5% increase relates to the revenue of individual property owners compared with their previous management.
