How does booking work?
Choose your destination, dates and type of accommodation on our site. Once you have selected the property, you can book directly online with secure payment. You will receive an email confirmation with all the check-in instructions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is subject to progressive charges: 10% of the amount if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, 50% between 29 and 7 days before, 100% within 7 days. The specific terms are stated on each property's page and in the General Terms & Conditions.
What is included in the stay?
Every stay includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen, a welcome kit with local products and multilingual assistance 24/7. Some properties also offer private parking, a pool and a garden. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Mastercard and Visa.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, many of our properties are pet friendly. You can filter the homes that accept pets directly from the search. We only ask that you let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare the home in the best way.
How does check-in work?
