Propertize operates two distinct pricing models, one for property owners (B2B) and one for guests (B2C).

## For property owners (B2B)

### Commercial model: success-based

- **Monthly fixed fee**: €0
- **Contract duration and termination**: set out in the personalized management agreement before signature
- **How Propertize earns**: **25% of net rental income**, meaning after portal commissions and cleaning with linen. Those costs are shared between owner and manager; consumables are provided by Propertize. The rate is published, not disclosed only after an assessment.
- **Full calculation**: the free market analysis sets out the arithmetic in full, from gross to the amount that reaches the owner.

- Interior optimization recommendations and professional photography
- Full bureaucratic handling: regional/national registrations (CIR/CIN), tourist tax, fiscal reporting, contracts

- Ongoing maintenance and supplier management
- Monthly accounting statement with bookings, revenues, expenses

- Property utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet), paid by owner
- Major maintenance (plumbing emergencies, appliance replacement)
- Property taxes (IMU, TARI), owner responsibility
- Mortgage and insurance, owner responsibility
